With dozens of children and adults battling the rain and gloomy weather, we were able to excite future generations about the importance of conserving Lake County’s most precious resource – its parks! Friends and families hiked and explored Gully Brook Park in Willoughby along trails and with golf cart tours, learned about birds of prey in the Raptor Encounters show by Lake Metroparks staff, and showed off creative skills by painting rocks.
